The most effective way to locate your most fitting running, jogging, biking music adjusted to a margin of 1-2 beats per min

I've been running all my life. However, recently, I was forced to change my routine due to Covid pandemic and lockdowns. I began jogging indoors. This stationary bike, that I've also started to use to cycle inside, is simply amazing. It displays natural landscapes and a digital display when you pedal along the most exotic roads, trails or planets. The same applies to running on the treadmill - it brings in the view 360 like a gopro. It also enhances the path, meaning you can turn left and right, just don't stumble. It can be quite annoying, but it's actually quite relaxing.

But what I find now more enjoyable is making my runs and biking sessions as precise as possible. What do I mean by this? Simply put, I listen to an exclusive selection of songs I've selected in accordance with their beats/ minutes value. I am a big fan of sound gear. I assign all music I listen to into the specific category. I am a huge fan of dance music, so there's a huge variety of songs I can choose from. I begin by listening to slower songs which are in the 80-90 BPM. This allows me to get my body ready and make it feel like a walk. Then, I gradually increase the BPM of the song by 5-10 beats/minute depending on how my body feels , and whether I'm able to carry on the exercise. Then , I repeat. Sometimes, I also add trampoline. It's a blast to work out in the privacy of my home, with only my wife constantly watching me, and I don't like it because it's distracting but she doesn't care...

My running or exercise mix takes about two hours. It gets built up so quickly that I speed up more and more. My running is getting quicker and more efficient, and I have added more steps. It's simple to increase speed with less effort. Slowly, round-by-round I speed up the exercise until I finish it in a couple of minutes less. I also enjoy watching television, listening music, and reading news coverage while I do this. It has helped me lose approximately 10% - 15% of the weight I previously carried. I want to be the champion of campaigns that demonstrate how living in the present does not have to make you fat or ugly. It's not true. Spend more time with your partner to improve your body and build muscle. You'll have more energy and feel proud of it.

Youtube has a lot of music that I enjoy for running. It's simple to use, just type in the BPM I want and it will show me some options, I pick the ones that I am familiar with and enjoy and search for songs with a higher tempo, and more speedy.. Then , I mix all of the songs in one mix and listen to them as I train. Youtube to MP3 Converter gives two alternatives. Both provide high-quality mp3s with a sound of 320kbps or less. It's completely free, and it comes with its web app. I can download it on my phone or to my windows computer and then play to it.  converter youtube for mp3 I'm now able to download mp3s from Youtube directly to my smartphone and it's virtually no spending of data as I can download it over wireless internet with no limits. It's very simple to use these web-based web apps. They create websites like bookmarks, and allow users to access offline.

It's easy to mix various music at home. You can launch my beats mixing program and then check the BPM. This allows me to locate better-matched songs - faster songs, slower songs, or speed up or decrease current playing ones. If I'm looking for something longer I download long DJ mix live mixes from Youtube. These are usually perfect and begin slow and then explode into wild finales. These mixes are DJ's measurement, therefore they aren't going to make it more difficult or quicker than they would be. I'm not saying you have to download Youtube videos and then convert them to MP3, but if this is the norm, why shouldn't you? Please don't give away any of your downloads with anyone.
